General Contractor
R.J. Runge Company has constructed projects as a general contractor for more than a decade. Our capabilities bring together all of the diverse elements and inputs of the construction process into a single, coordinated effort. We contract with our customers and accept all responsibility of coordinating the project, either in its entirety or for a specialized portion thereof, from start to finish. As a general contractor we closely manage control of the construction process. We take complete and sole responsibility of the field operations, including procurement and provisioning of necessary construction equipment and materials. Our primary contribution to the construction process, as the general contractor, is our ability to organize and allocate the resources of manpower, equipment, and materials to the project in order to achieve completion at maximum efficiency of time and cost.
Construction Manager
R.J. Runge Company is recognized as an authority in construction management. As a construction manager R.J. Runge Company becomes a member of the team of owner-architect-construction manager. Our role is to coordinate and communicate the entire project process, utilizing our skills and knowledge of construction, to clarify cost and time consequences of design decisions, as well as construction feasibility. We are thorough and accurate performing the specific functions and duties as a construction manager overseeing the bidding, award, construction and close-out phases of the project.
